I spent all day outside. I walked and walked and walked and walked until I was really dehydrated and tired. I even got a lil sun burn, I never get sun burn?!
I’ve been implementing “meditative walking” in my everyday life. It helps keep my body and mind occupied. It helps me release all my excess energy and anxiety. I hope to convince more people to do it.
